Justin, my technician today was amazing. The overall experience, not so much. This was a rescheduled appt. because the technician 2 days ago didn't have the least expensive opener I indicated I wanted when I made the appt. Not sure why they would dispatch someone that didn't have the opener that the customer requested. I also called to report that on my rescheduled day, there would be workers here installing a new roof and I wondered if they preferred to reschedule. After putting me on hold a couple of times to check, they indicated that it would be fine to keep the appt. It turned out that my technician was working in my garage while workers were literally pulling off the roof and boards overhead and debris was falling into the garage, which was dangerous in my opinion, but my technician was a great sport and got his job done with a fabulous attitude. It's disappointing that A1 doesn't have higher safety expectations for employees. 10+ rating for Justin.

Traditional style door- We are using Opener model 8550W-267. This model coms with 2 remotes and one keypad. This is why you will not see the additional remote or keypad on the invoice.
